Well it’s time to turn IT on!
What is It? Well to me it’s like the power button or the light, something that will drive action. Sometimes you can dream, think about it, ponder it but never DO IT.
So you have to take real action to get it done and then all your actions will line up to help you reach your goal. So with weight loss, you really want to change your mind set to start making over changes that will help you. However, do not go overboard or obsessive with this new mind set. Don’t expect perfection, but rather treat it as a learning experience. I’ve been on my weight loss journey since 2003 and I’m always learning something new about myself. I also have to keep making adjustments, because what worked for me in the beginning doesn’t always work for me now.
So I take everything one day at a time and sometime one meal at a time. But one thing I know for sure is that I don’t’ plan on ever turning IT off and abandoning my journey to live a healthier lifestyle. So start taking action and make this be your healthier summer!
